After having worked at big-box care facilities for 10 years, Rosa Bowie (Owner, Rosa’s Team) saw the need for a personalized care approach that is missing in the institutionalized, “copy & paste” adult care facilities. Driven by the mission to create high-quality customized care during the most critical period of a patient’s life, Rosa started Rosa’s Team 20 years ago to deliver that promise.

To date, Rosa’s Team has maintained a low patient-to-caregiver ratio and built a reputation for providing warm, detail-oriented adult care. Each patient has designated caregivers working around the clock to ensure their medical, companion, and housekeeping needs are met. To tailor to patient’s various needs, Rosa’s Team provides different modes of care (in-home, our residences, traveling, & care facilities).
